Welding Services

Wilson Works is both an ASME Section 9 and AWS D11 compliant shop. We write all our own WPS and PQRs in-house. All our welders are certified. We have the capabilities to pre-heat and post-weld heat treat materials for specific applications, such as boiler materials common to power plants. We also have a state-of-the-art data logging system that allows us to track heat treatments in real-time and at a very high sampling rate.

Wilson Works uses a digital analog data recorder for pre-heating and post-weld data recording, which allows us to montor the stress-relieving and heat treatment of various alloys.
